Small Bathtubs Come in a Variety of Styles, Designs, and Sizes

This is the default text

Since the standard bathtub is five feet long, it cannot fit in every single bathroom. Many people simply do not have enough room for an average sized tub. Apartment bathrooms in particular have limited space. Fortunately, small bathtubs are now available in a variety of styles and sizes. They also vary in prices, which means most homeowners can easily afford one.

Some people have a misconception and think that smaller tubs are uncomfortable. This could not be further from the truth. Since they come in a variety of styles, one can sit in them comfortably. What they lack in length they make up for in depth. Indeed, some can even be custom-made to suit an individual’s personal preferences!

These tubs are designed for reclining. Some slope down and even have steps. In this way, they are more comfortable than the standard bathtub. In the latter, one must slide all the way down and stretch out. This can be difficult for those with disabilities. In the former, one can simply sit down in two or three feet of water.

Small corner bathtubs do not have to be built inside the floor. They can rest right on the floor, just like standard tubs. Since they have steps, they are easier to climb in to. Thus, they do not require a great deal of installation.

These bathtubs come in different designs. A corner bathtub, for instance, is a great addition to a crowded bathroom. It is placed in the corner to save space, and to make the bathroom appear larger. It can have a triangular, square, or rounded shape.

Some tubs are designed for antique bathrooms and some for modern bathrooms. The modern tubs have contemporary features, such as spray jets. Thus, they can be used for both washing and relaxing! The small bathtubs with whirlpools are more expensive, but they are definitely worth the investment.
